What did you do before you were a coach?
I was a Business Development Manager for Cable & Wireless working in the UK. Prior to that I was in Business Development and Asia Pac Channel Management for Fujitsu.
Why did you become an Actioncoach?
We wanted to live and work in the West of Ireland and I wanted to work for myself. Having spent the previous 10 years being trained and developed by leading IT and Telecoms businesses, I saw the value and felt that I could impart the same on businesses in Ireland.
ActionCOACH Business Coaching Ireland allowed me to do this in a systemised way, giving me additional tools and strategies, which would allow me to build my business for myself, with the backing of a major player in the industry.
3 most important things in a successful business?
Having a clear vision and mission for the company, knowing the numbers in your business, and I mean every number, understanding the size and the potential for your product and service before you start with constant revision.
